GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR EQUIPMENT and FURNISHINGS

No equipment is to be removed from the building and grounds.

No furniture is to be removed from the building with the exception of brown tables and metal chairs which may be borrowed for members’ personal use, not for business or corporate events. Check with the custodian before removing tables or chairs from the building.

Furniture or furnishings are not to be moved from building to building. Tables, chairs, other accessories should not be taken from basement to Fellowship Building or vice versa.

All regulations pertaining to health, safety and fire protection will be observed.

For activities involving young people, a minimum of two adults must be present at all times and assume responsibility for the conduct of all present. The sponsoring adults will also ensure that the cleanup/setup rules are followed.
